I complain a lot to myself, but almost never to other people. I have no idea why. Maybe I just find it exhausting. This was a week with a fair amount of complaining.

I complained about what I ate, something someone did, something I did, a task at work, how I felt… there was something. Some times I complained without realizing I was even complaining which is a terrible terrible thing to do.

Gathering and Presenting Data

I took a mental note of every time I felt the urge to complain who I complained to, what I complained about, but it would only count as valid data if I actually complained because there were times I’d suppress it and the urge would go away.

Turns out I didn’t complain that much, so it must have been a pretty good week or I’m learning to live without the habit.
